Production fixtures,
replacement components,
and short-run parts.

Allan Industries produces engineering-thermoplastic components across the manufacturing applications listed below. The catalog is structured to grow by addition; new verticals are added as the customer base develops.

01CNC Machine Shops and Precision Manufacturing

Workholding, jigs, and operator aids that don't justify dedicated steel.

Allan Industries produces the long tail of CNC shop tooling — the work that a machinist would otherwise have to cut from aluminum between revenue jobs, or send out at a vendor's pace.

Soft jaws and vise jaws for non-standard stock

Workholding fixtures for repeat operations and short runs

Setup blocks and locating fixtures

Part-marking jigs

Tool storage and presetter trays

Chip guards and pendant covers

Operator-side ergonomic guards

Trace-and-fit fixtures

Custom workholding for jobs that don't justify dedicated steel

PPS-CF available for coolant-flooded operations where standard polymers would degrade.

02Welding and Fabrication

Fit-up jigs, alignment fixtures, and weld-zone tooling for short-run fabrication.

Lightweight, designed for repeat use on the shop floor. Materials selected per heat-zone proximity — PC and PAHT-CF for fixtures near radiant heat, standard engineering nylons for cold-zone work.

Weld jigs and tack-weld locating fixtures

Sheet-metal forming and bending aids

Assembly fixtures for repeat weldments

Sheet-metal handling tooling

Templates, patterns, and trace-fit gauges

Replacement covers, guards, and panels for fabrication equipment

Custom workholding for short-run fabrication

03Industrial Maintenance and Equipment Service

Replacement components for legacy and unsupported production equipment.

When the OEM is out of stock, charging six figures for a single part, or out of business entirely — that's the work. On-site 3D scanning via EinScan Rigil Lite handles the common case of no CAD existing for legacy or obsolete components.

Replacement guards, covers, and panels for production equipment

Custom brackets for components no longer supplied by the original manufacturer

Sensor mounts and proximity-switch holders

Conveyor guides and chutes

Pulley covers and cable management housings

Operator-interface plates

Components for equipment supported only by spare-parts cannibalization

On-site 3D scanning available when no CAD exists — common for legacy work.

04OEMs and Aftermarket Suppliers

Low-volume production and aftermarket components for product lines past tooling justification.

The work that hard tooling can't justify and that machined steel can't keep up with. NDAs available on request; customer files are held in confidence and never reused across accounts.

Low-volume production parts where hard tooling is not economical

Replacement components for legacy product lines after original tooling is gone

Aftermarket components for customer equipment

Service-parts inventory produced on demand rather than warehoused

Prototype housings prior to tooling investment

Demo, display, and service-loaner components

Custom fixtures for assembly stations

05Automation and Integration

End-effectors, sensor mounts, and workpiece-handling tooling for cobots and pick-and-place.

Multi-material capability supports integrated rigid-plus-flexible end-effector geometries — rigid TPU 95A grips co-printed with carbon-fiber-reinforced PA structural elements in a single build.

End-effectors, gripper components, and tool-changer accessories

Sensor mounts and proximity-switch holders

Custom workpiece-handling tooling

Cable management and guarding

Conveyor accessories, diverters, and chutes

Inspection-station fixtures

Custom mounts for cameras, lighting, and trigger systems

06Small-Batch and Prototype Manufacturing

Functional prototypes and short-run production where hard tooling isn't justified.

Real engineering thermoplastics, not maker-space PLA. Functional parts that survive load, heat, and chemistry — not just fit-check models. Where the part is better suited to CNC or urethane casting, direction is provided to suitable alternatives.

Prototype housings prior to tooling investment

Short-run production parts

Custom end-of-line packaging fixtures

Light-duty load-bearing components in engineering polymers

Hybrid printed-machined assemblies — printed shells with machined inserts

Display, demonstration, and trade-show units

07Packaging, Food, and Beverage Processing

Sanitary-zone components and line-side fixtures for processing environments.

Material selection biased toward PPS and PC-FR for chemical resistance and sanitation compatibility. Food-contact certification is out of scope; customers requiring it are referred to certified-grade providers.

Line-side fixtures suitable for sanitary wipe-down

Sanitary-zone brackets in chemical-resistant polymer

Conveyor accessories

Replacement guides and chutes

Quick-change format components

Inspection-station jigs

Operator accessories

08Verticals coming online

The catalog is structured
to grow by addition.

New verticals are added as the customer base develops. Tool and die operations, plastics secondary operations, aerospace MRO ground-support tooling, lab and research operations, and robotics integrators are application areas where engagement is active or developing. Customer inquiries in adjacent verticals receive the same application-engineering review as those in the primary seven.

Engineering thermoplastics serve more applications than seven primary verticals can hold. Allan Industries returns a quotation with material recommendation, manufacturing approach, service-tier options, and pricing instantly. Where additive is not the appropriate process, direction is provided to suitable alternatives.
