A03.1 · CAPABILITY
- BUILD VOLUME
- 340 × 320 × 340 mm per print. Larger parts as assemblies.
- TOLERANCE
- ±0.1 mm under 50 mm, ±0.2 mm to 200 mm. Depends on geometry and material.
- FINISHING
- Sanding, vapor smoothing (ABS, ASA), heat-set inserts (M2–M6), annealing. No painting or coating.
- DIMENSIONAL CHECKS
- Calipers, pin gauges, 3D-scan compare. FAI / PPAP scoped per job.
- MATERIAL CoC
- Certified-lot material with certs, on request. Adds a material uplift and a service fee.
- NDA
- Mutual NDA on request, before any files are shared.
